4,000 tonnes Naini coal reach Yadadri plant
Hyderabad: Telangana received significant relief from coal shortages as the first consignment of Naini coal reached Yadadri Thermal Power Generation Station YTPS on Tuesday.
A rake carrying 4000 tonnes of high calorific value coal arrived at the power plant to cater to regular generation needs. TGGENCO Directors B Nagya Coal and Logistics and Y Rajashekhar Reddy Thermal and Projects received the consignment.
Officials stated the superior coal from the Naini block in Odisha will significantly support state energy requirements and enable peak generation capacity.
Despite covering a transport distance of approximately 1050 km, the high thermal efficiency will enhance boiler performance and minimize ash issues, fully justifying freight costs.
The continuous arrival of coal rakes from Naini mine in coming days will ensure adequate stocks at YTPS, guaranteeing steady electricity supply.

Each step names the agent that ran it, the method it used and the version of the rules or model behind it. A step describing what it did not find is recorded on the same footing as one that found something, so that gaps in the analysis are visible rather than absent.
